Our mobile MVAS is frequently deployed in various areas of Berryfields. We also share a Sentinel speed camera with Watermead and Oving for which Volunteers are always needed!
Community Speedwatch is a scheme giving villages a hand held speeding device which a team of volunteers will operate in areas where speeds are excessive. The device transmits data to the Police who will send a letter to first offenders, and follow up with a decision on prosecution after second and subsequent reports. This is another valuable tool in the fight against speeding.
