Roman Park Hall welcomes hirers and visitors from Berryfields and surrounding areas and offers a range of choices for community, commercial and personal use.

We cater for many different events from the smallest business meeting to big parties, events, corporate meetings, wedding receptions, engagement and christening parties, wakes, as well as children's parties up to 12 years of age. Our halls are fully equipped and the premises are fully licensed to serve alcohol and for music. A bar and catering are available to hirers and their guests.

With plenty of outside space to enjoy better weather and cosy spaces indoors we are happy and able to tailor each event to exact requirements. We can arrange entertainment from bouncy castles to painting lessons, musicians, discos, staging and decor. Full event management service available.

How to find us Easily accessible on the outskirts of Aylesbury at Berryfields we have plenty of free parking. Aylesbury Vale Parkway Station is next door as are local bus stops. Sir Henry Lee Crescent HP18 0YT is off the roundabout of the A41 (landmarks are Miller & Carter and Lucas Furniture store).

Your safety is important All spaces are cleaned before and after each hire, and all touch surfaces are sanitised.

Hire costs, inclusive of VAT

ROMAN PARK HALL

All bookings require a minimum of £100 deposit (depending on the size of event) which is refundable after your event providing the terms and conditions of the booking are met.

Weekday hire for classes/baby groups etc £30 per hour.

Weekend and week day eve hire for parties/community events £50 per hour residents, £55 per hour non residents

Weekend children's party bookings £50 per hour residents, £55 per hour non residents.

Community events and fun Days £60 per hour - additional charge will be incurred if the booking run into evening booking slots.

Friday evening 6pm-midnight: £450 residents rate, £550 non residents.

Saturday 6pm- midnight: £450 residents, £550 non residents. .

Sunday 6pm-11pm: £400 residents, £500 non residents.

Full venue hire for Weddings/ Conferences/Wakes/Christenings: Price on application depending on requirements. - Roman Park Hall will accommodate 180 people banquet style or 220 cinema seated. Additional space in adjoining meeting room and village hall.

All prices include reception staff at hand throughout your event, tables and chairs set out for you and put away and cleaning, use of AV equipment and built in speakers. Modern Toilet facilities with disabled and baby changing.

We are a licensed premises and the bar is available for your event. ' Bring your own alcohol' is not permitted. We reserve the right to retain the deposit if guests are seen to be drinking their own alcohol.

All other services including catering, bands, DJ, table cloths, chair coverings, outside space and event management available on request at extra charge.


VILLAGE HALL including fenced and gated outdoor space

All bookings require a £50 deposit which is refundable after your event providing the terms and conditions of the booking are met.

Monday to Friday hourly rate from 9am -5pm £22 

Monday - Thursday: 5.30pm- 11pm £25 per hour

Friday evening 6pm-midnight £300 residents £350 non residents

Saturday & Sunday children's party bookings : £25 per hour residents £30 per hour non residents

Saturday evening 6pm-midnight £300 residents, £350 non residents

Sunday evening 6pm - 11pm £300 residents, £350 non residents

Prices include hall set up and pack away (tables and chairs) use of kitchenette with crockery etc, AV and outside area.

Cost for hall for whole day poa.


MEETING ROOM for up to 10 people with screen, wifi, flip chart and iced water. Catering available on request.

Can also be booked for therapies/massage or counselling sessions.

Please note that as this is a licensed premises you are not permitted to bring your own alcohol
